Welcome to episode 16 of Lancashire Mind Talks.
Introduction:
On this week's podcast, we are proud to share a passionate and personal conversation around improving mental health within the workplace and the importance of supporting suicide prevention through the Orange Button scheme.
We are joined by Darren Thornhill, (Head of Operations at The Baxter Group Limited) and our own mental health cheerleader Karren Arrowsmith, (Workplace Wellbeing and Training Lead at Lancashire Mind).
Show Notes & Links:
The Orange Button is a suicide prevention training scheme that takes on the complex conversations around suicide, and supports those who take the training to recognise the deteriorating signs of mental health. It's available for individuals, community groups and organisations.
