HOW TO: Stop trying and start training

Principle 1: Servant‑Leadership

• Step: Identify one person you can serve this week—child, spouse, co‑worker.
• Scripture: Matt. 20:26–27.

Principle 2: Protector & Provider

• Step: Conduct a “household audit” of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; implement one improvement.
• Scripture: 1 Tim. 5:8.

Principle 3: Self‑Control & Discipline

• Step: Launch a 30‑day challenge (fasting, workout, digital detox) with an accountability partner.
• Scripture: 1 Cor. 9:25.

Principle 4: Prayer & Spiritual Dependence

• Step: Implement “prayer pockets” at morning, midday, evening; keep a prayer journal.

Scripture: 1 Thess. 5:17.
