    After missing a week, we’re back with a packed episode covering all the major racing across the globe. We break down T100 Vancouver, where Taylor Knibb dominated the women’s race ahead of Julie Derron and Jess Learmonth. In the men’s race, Jelle Geens delivered a sensational run to beat fellow Belgian Marten Van Riel, with Mika Noodt rounding out the podium despite serving a penalty.

    Then it’s over to Ironman Cairns, where Matthew Marquardt and Jackie Hering took convincing wins.

    We also recap Ironman Les Sables where India Lee dominated and look ahead to a big weekend coming up with Ironman Frankfurt with possibly the best male start list of the year.     Lionel Sanders is back and setting his sights on a big performance in Nice. We talk about his mindset shift and why we’d love to see him go all-in on 70.3 Worlds.

    Eagleman 70.3 delivered exciting racing, with Sam Long just getting the better of Trevor Foley and Lucy Charles-Barclay holding Chelsea Sodaro at bay from start to finish.

    We preview Ironman Cairns, where Brayden Currie, Mike Phillips and Jamie Riddle lead the men’s field, and Jackie Herring and Hannah Berry are set for a great race on the women’s side. There’s also a quick look at what to expect from Ironman Austria.

    This week we cover a huge few days in triathlon. Rico Bogen takes the win at T100 San Francisco, while Julie Derron puts together a brilliant performance to beat Taylor Knibb in the women’s race.

    At Ironman Hamburg, Laura Philipp runs a stunning 2 hour 38 marathon to beat Kat Matthews and set a new Ironman world record.

    WTCS Alghero delivered high drama with Cassandre Beaugrand bouncing back from injury to take the win and Miguel Hidalgo navigating a chaotic race to come out on top. At Ironman Brasil, Manoel Messias impressed with a 2 hour 26 marathon.

    We also discuss the news that Will McCloy has officially joined the Ironman commentary team and reflect on what was, for the most part, a weekend of genuinely solid triathlon broadcasts.

    We start with the T100 Vancouver wildcards, where an exciting list of short course athletes has been announced, led by Maya Kingma. The addition of these athletes brings fresh dynamics to the field.

    In Yokohama, the WTCS season continued with a thrilling men’s race. Matt Hauser edged out Vasco Vilaca in a tight sprint finish, while Jeanne Lehair secured her first WTCS victory in the women’s race, marking a significant milestone in her career.
