Hindi madaling maging ALS teacher, dagdag mo pa yung adjustment sa pagtuturo dahil sa pandemic at ang nalalapit na pagbalik ulit natin sa classroom at ALS Community Learning Centers. Sa tagal mong nakaharap sa computer para sa mga klase, pati na rin sa pagbuo ng teaching resources at module discussions, nakaramdam ka ba ng tinatawag na “digital fatigue”. At ngayon ngang malapit na ang pagbabalik muli sa classroom o learning center, how do you deal with this?
