    This project has been evolving within me for the past year. I’m following guidance from Source and the ET Beings, including the Blue Beings and the Pleiadian Light Collective, whom I channel.

    Each episode contains 5D activation codes—designed to help you step more fully into your authentic soul essence on this planet. We are in the Age of Aquarius, or New Earth– an era I call 5D consciousness.

    While some call this new phase “New Earth,” I ultimately chose the name 5D Codes for the podcast because the ET beings I work with describe it as a frequency humanity is adapting to on a massive scale. This podcast is about aligning with that frequency and understanding its profound impact.

    The conversations—whether between myself and other starseed friends or through solo channeling—may seem simple, but there’s more than meets the eye. Pay attention to the energy between the words. Our laguage is coded now and forevermore, carrying deeper vibrations that can’t always be explained. This podcast is like an energy session—it’s about the frequency as much as the words themselves. While the words may plant seeds of wisdom in your soul, the real transformation happens in the energetic space they hold.

    Here’s the truth, my fellow Lightworker: you already know everything. We made an agreement to forget our true nature when we came here to walk this Earth experience. But now it’s time to wake up—together. What an extraordinary, powerful moment this is.

    If something in the podcast triggers you, bless it—it’s an activation. If something brings you joy, bless it—it’s also an activation. We are moving beyond polarity consciousness, stepping into the eternal now. No more labeling things as good, bad, or in between. It just is. Divine. Pure. Conscious.

    I love you deeply with my soul, even if we’ve never met in human form. Because in our true nature, we are love—unconditionally. Source never judges us, and we are learning to embody that same non-judgmental awareness. From this space, we see that when we harm ourselves, we harm all.

    Andrew is such a down-to-earth guy. I reached out to him after reading to his book, which is a truly unique 5D-style manifestation book.

    Andrew's instant response to my review of his Amazon book was unique. He is a truly authentic guy who embodies New Earth living. It was pretty cool that the unedited interview was 1 hour and 44 minutes, so I decided to leave everything as Spirit intended it. It was also serendipitous that my first interview request was accepted by none other than a manifestation author and coach. And the cherry on top to this beautiful New Earth sundae of an episode was the fact that the name of the podcast was manifested with Andrew at the end. Lo and behold, I hemmed and hawed over about 5 different names throughout 2024. I released the YouTube version in 2024-- so my intention to birth this podcast was as my heart spoke it to be.

    Throughout this interview, you will get activation codes for not just how to live a soul-based life, but reminders on how you are ALREADY DOING IT! Andrew's relaxed, can-do attitude settles the nervous system and acts as a greenlight to the wavering soul to move forward with your dreams and inspirations.     Sarah’s Story & How The 5D Podcast was Born

    Welcome back to the podcast. Today, I want to share more of my story—not just the events, but the energy and activations within it. My hope is that these words water seeds that are ready to bloom in you, helping you realize your sovereignty and unlock any matrix-imposed prison you might feel trapped in. The key has always been in your hand—you just have to choose to use it. You’re Neo, and this is your moment to take the freedom pill.

    My spiritual awakening began with deep pain. After my grandmother’s death and a battle with major depression, I hit a breaking point—a suicide attempt. Not long after, I lost my sister when I was just 20. Those moments shattered me, but they also cracked me open. It was the beginning of a transformation.

    I married at 33 but soon realized the relationship wasn’t healthy. My journey as a single mom began when my daughter was two. She’s now 14, and these years have been as challenging as they’ve been beautiful. Raising her while untangling myself from codependency, healing from trauma bonds, and stepping into my true self has been the deepest soul work I’ve ever done.

    Spiritually, my path started in the Catholic Church, but it quickly expanded. I opened myself to a greater spiritual reality, diving into the New Age movement before discovering a deeper, more personal connection with God. Along the way, I studied A Course in Miracles, became a Reiki Master, completed a 500-hour yoga certification, and earned my master’s in counseling.

    A year ago, I left my corporate job as a mental health counselor with an app, stepping fully out of the matrix. It’s been a wild ride, but the freedom I’ve found in creating a life aligned with my soul’s calling is worth every leap of faith.

    This story isn’t just about my journey; it’s about the codes within it—codes to help you see your power, your freedom, your sovereignty. You are not stuck. The door isn’t locked. Will you use the key? Will you take the pill? The choice is yours.

    This transmission came through on January 21. Those in the US know there’s a lot happening externally. It’s so easy to point fingers and place blame. Nobody outside of you is responsible for what is going on inside of you. The sooner you realize that, the sooner you can Forgive, not them, but yourself,. In that space of forgiveness, you will find complete freedom. The key is constantly being handed to you. But will you take it? Are you willing to unlock your prison cell? Are you willing to let your own authentic spark shine fully?
