I’m so happy to be back with my pod after a long summer break. Starting up this season I have an energy theme that follows me, and it is The art of being. Something I’ve been practicing and got a few lessons around from life during the summer. It is a wide subject and in this energy meditation we connect to a peaceful, uplifting, warm and healing energy that allows you to be. Be without expectations, judgment, fears and like. But to just be in the moment, with the energy and allow that feeling to come with you into your day. I hope you will enjoy it and it was such a beautiful feeling recording and connecting to this energy that you can reconnect with anytime during your day.
