  • Stronger Team Work with Faris Aranki
    2025/06/30

    Send us a text

Have you ever worked on or with a team? How seamless of an experience was it for you? In my experience, some teams are great, some are good, and some are kinda rubbish.

Supporting teams to greater successes was the focus of my conversation with Faris Aranki who is the founder and CEO of Shiageto, Consulting, who specialize in this area!

Having spent over 20 years delivering strategic change for the corporate and non-corporate worlds, Faris experienced first-hand the fine differences between strategic success and failure.

His work has spanned numerous companies, in numerous countries, across a range of sectors, supporting them all to unlock strategic success.

Faris came to realise that often what hinders institutions from achieving their goals goes beyond the quality of their strategy; it is their ability to engage effectively with others at all levels and remove barriers in their way that can be the real barometers of success.

This knowledge has formed the foundation of Shee a ghetto’s workshops, courses and methodologies. Faris believes that any firm or team can adopt these improvements; all it requires is a little of the right support!

    Key takeaways:

    • Teamwork is crucial for organizational success.
    • Engagement is key to successful strategy execution.
    • The IQ, EQ, FQ model helps in achieving strategic goals.
    • Resistance to change is common in organizations.
    • Clear communication is essential for teamwork.
