    Today we're heading to Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles to chat with Mr. Chase Friedman. Chase is a brand strategist, coach and founder of Vanquish Media Group, a boutique digital media collective that collaborates with world-renowned brands, thought leaders, and digital influencers by championing premium branded content, digital storytelling, and integrated marketing strategies. Spanning multiple platforms and genres, including entertainment, lifestyle, and education, Vanquish has launched over 100 branded content campaigns, generating over 50 million in e-commerce revenue. But it hasn't always been this way.

    Chase moved to Los Angeles from South Florida some 14 years ago to pursue a career in filmmaking and found himself rising through the ranks from lowly production assistant to independent director-producer and everything in between. During his de facto film school, he gained exposure to every aspect of the production process from prep to post, and he fell in love with storytelling and the creative process.

    After several years of wavering between starving artist and fledgling commercial director, Chase went corporate for the first and last time. Fast forward to today and Chase still believes telling stories is in his DNA, albeit now that stories relate to brands, products, entertainment and services.

    Today, we're heading home. Well, close to home anyway. We're heading to Sydney, Australia and connecting with our wellness consultant, Ms. Catherine Robertson. With a 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Catherine has an acute awareness and understanding of the challenges leaders, employees, health care professionals, and patients face in the modern world. Combining her understanding and experience of organizational structure with a background in sales, positive psychology, and coaching, Catherine has a unique skill set, which has enabled her to design and deliver strategic well-being programs for major international clients and support leadership teams in a well-being advisory capacity through the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Catherine is a well-being and mindfulness coach, meditation facilitator, Enneagram coach, and inner child journey practitioner. She established her private practice in 2015, and her passion lies in coaching all levels within organizations to be their true authentic, empowered selves at work and helping to create cultures of psychological safety to maximize well-being. Catherine's approach has been heavily influenced by her work with Dr. Rick Hanson, PhD, whom she has studied with and mentored by for many years and is also an accredited teacher and group facilitator of his positive neuroplasticity training, which focuses on building a robust psychological toolbox and actively using neuroplastic methods to develop lasting inner strengths. In addition, she has over 5 years of experience co-facilitating family constellation workshops as well as wilderness retreats through her work with Essential Wholeness Psychology and has been mentored by its founder, Eric Lyleson, in deepening her understanding of meditation practices and conflict resolution methods.

    Catherine is also a published writer and presented her research into the impact of gratitude practice on mental health and well-being at the 2019 Science and Nonduality Conference.

    Today we're visiting Leeds in the north of the UK to speak with our guest who is known as a productivity and time optimization expert, Mr. John J D Munn.

    Let's start with a very impressive statistic. In 2022, while John was living and holidaying around different parts of Europe and the UK, he could still help his six-figure clients earn an additional 24 million in revenue and save them 21,840 hours.
