Being in the presence of someone with good energy is so nice. Everyone around that person benefits and so does the person with good energy.
You want that person in your team, on your side.
Sometimes, even when you manage to be that person, you get challenged. I call it going down to go up. It is as if we are on a ladder upwards and it only goes to a certain height. In order to reach even higher, you need to go down a bit to get the beginning of a new ladder that can take you higher.

We are doing our best now to make any mistakes. When we do we feel guilty, bad, useless and more in that negative category.
A mistake can however be the beginning of something great, a new direction, a closer relationship, new insight to ourselves.
