  • Are you Body, Mind or Intellect?
    2025/02/01

According to the Bhagavad Gita, you are neither the body, mind, nor intellect. You are the Ātman (the eternal soul)—a spiritual being beyond these temporary coverings.

Here’s how the Gita explains it:

    1. You are not the body

      • Bhagavad Gita 2.22: "Just as a person discards old clothes and puts on new ones, the soul discards worn-out bodies and enters new ones."
      • The body is constantly changing, but you—the soul—remain the same.
    2. You are beyond the mind

      • The mind generates thoughts, emotions, and desires, but it is not your true self. The mind can be controlled and purified, showing that it is separate from the real "you."
    3. You are not the intellect

      • The intellect helps in reasoning and decision-making, but it is also a tool, not the true self. The soul is the witness of the intellect's functions.

You are the Atman, an eternal, indestructible spark of the Divine (Bhagavad Gita 2.20). Your true nature is sat-chit-ananda (eternal, conscious, and blissful). The body, mind, and intellect are just instruments for interacting with the material world.

Would you like to explore how to realize this practically? 🚀

    Who are you, then?

  • What do Dalits Eat?
    2024/11/03

The term "Dalit" broadly refers to communities in India that were historically marginalized and oppressed under the caste system, traditionally labeled as "Untouchables." They were placed outside the conventional caste hierarchy and faced severe social, economic, and political discrimination. In modern times, Dalits are officially recognized as "Scheduled Castes" (SC) in the Indian Constitution, which provides them with certain protections and rights to combat historical injustices. They know what uppercasts eat thanks to the left overs, but we never knew or cared to know what they eat. Would you end the ignorance and embrace them as humans?
