• The Hard Truths that we may not want to hear but Need to Hear.
    2024/11/25

Growing up, we hear countless valuable lessons from our parents and caregivers. In our youth, we often dismiss their words, convinced that we know better. However, as we transition into adulthood, we come to realize the wisdom in their advice, and we might think, "If only I had listened."

In this podcast, we explore some of those hard truths that many of us overlook, such as: you always have a choice, honesty includes being truthful with yourself, the importance of breaking free from the victim mentality, taking responsibility for your actions, and recognizing that people behave according to your boundaries.

I share my journey of learning these lessons, often wishing I had paid closer attention to my parents' insights. Join me as I teach what I most need to learn, reflecting on these invaluable nuggets of wisdom.

    2023/01/14

Tudy, known as Coach Tudes discovered her passion for health and fitness, after the birth of her fifth child.

“ I’d come to a place where my depression and anxiety consumed me. I hadn’t dealt with a lot of my traumas and my mental health was suffering tremendously. I knew I was at a pivotal point, where I could take the route of seeking medication or considering another option. I chose to look at my diet and nutrition as the source that needed to be tackled at that time.Through this journey, I recognized the gift I was able to provide others who witnessed my transformation. My healing journey has confirmed my purpose”.
