As a young police recruit he was quickly promoted to detective, eventually going under cover and working with the ATF, DEA, FBI, and Secret Service. Now retired from police work, Derrick was recently on the Peacock hit show The Traitors, and is a regular on America's Most Wanted. In his spare time, his is the author of The Undercover Edge, the host of two true crime podcasts, the founder of Criminal Coffee, and the CEO of Break Investigative Group.
