I woke up this morning, having no idea that two hours later I would receive a strong knowing that The Missing Peace was ready to end. So here we are.
Thankyou to everyone who has listened, supported or been a guest on the show. It has been a beautiful journey and I still hold The Missing Peace close to my heart. It has been integral to my healing journey and I hope that you have gained value from it in some way, shape or form.
Do have a listen if you’d like to hear more, and my last ramble on endings and beginnings in life (in this current format at least), but if not, I wanted to ensure that you received the poem that I share at the end:
Healing Time
Finally on my way to yes
I bumped into
all the places
where I said no
to my life
all the untended wounds
the red and purple scars
those hieroglyphs of pain
carved into my skin, my bones,
Those coded messages
that send me down
the wrong street
again and again
where I find them
those old wounds
those old misdirections
and I lift them
one by one
close to my heart
and I say, holy,
holy.
