  • Choosing the Harder Road (And Why It Sets You Free)
    2025/07/06

Most people settle for a life that feels comfortable… but deep down, they’re miserable.

In this episode, I dive into one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make:

Will you choose the easy, familiar path that slowly kills your soul…

Or the uncertain, uncomfortable one that actually leads to a life of purpose and freedom?

This episode was inspired by a powerful coaching session I had with a client who, after years of trauma and breakdown, is now standing at a crossroads.

If you’ve ever wrestled with going back to what’s safe — versus listening to that quiet voice that wants more — this one’s for you.

  • Stop Waiting For The Right Moment + Move Forward Now On That Thing You Want
    2025/06/22

There’s a formula we were taught throughout school that leads to incredibly slow growth and failure in life which is before you step, make sure you have clarity of where you’re stepping.

In school, success is determined by passing an exam.

And we are taught we need to study our arse’s off and learn everything before we take that exam because if we don’t….WE WILL FAIL! Which in school terms equals death - Your parents are disappointed in you, you’re outcasted from the other students, you’ll amount to nothing, it’s a really shameful thing.

But when we leave the schooling system, the formula to win at life is the opposite.

The winning formula for life is step forward into the unknown, before you have clarity and before you feel ready and when you take that step THEN the clarity will be given to you.

For most of us, this switch in mindset is so hard to do that even though we may have finished school 10, 20, 30, 40 years ago, that “must pass the exam” fear is still playing out in our minds which stops us from growing quickly towards the things we want in life.

But today is the day that ends and we are going to step into the darkness and towards that thing you want even though you are scared and don’t have complete clarity.
