The Martial Heart is a podcast about getting back into your normal activities, such as martial arts, following a major health setback. In my case, it was a heart attack. You will follow me along the path to recovery and we will interview experts and other athletes who have suffered similar incidents and learn how they recovered and if they were successful in returning to the activities they love.

    Here is an update on how cardio exercise and diet are going. I'm still working my way back to fighting shape so I can return to martial arts training, but that hasn't happened as of yet.
