In this Episode we caught up with Jon Huang. One of our first podcast and showcase guests. A fellow Suffolk University alum, Jon had been living the entrepreneurial lifestyle for a decade. Small business and hard work runs in Jon's family, so he's never been afraid to work hard. From juggling jobs to working 70+ hours a week, Jon eventually worked himself into the sick bed. Now, he's working in sales, hitting quotas and trying to take it easy before he figures out his next steps.

We connected with friend of the Club and former co-host, Shaun Bedgood. When we met Shaun, he was a campus police at Suffolk University. He would work overnight shifts and perform Standup before his shift or during breaks. He would take trips to New York and LA for open mics and auditions and realized he would have to leave Boston to follow his dream. Shaun Moved to LA and it took him a year to adjust to the new city. During this adjustment period he worked numerous jobs to pay the bills and eventually found his footing. Now, a few years in, Shaun's made considerable progress. He's landing roles and making his own features as well.

Meet Quintel Harcum. Baltimore-raised, Quintel has been an entrepreneur for most of his life. He's worked in real estate, spent time as a club promoter and created a clothing brand. Most recently, he ran a smoothie and plant-based food shop that was located in Johns Hopkins University. He talks about how he got started, working 12 hour shifts and how he wants to fully transition into a full-time consultant.

In this episode, we interview Delshan Baker, Founder of Endeavor TBD. Born and raised in Baltimore, Delshan has years of experience working with non-profits and providing services for misson-driven organizations. A student of Stanford and Johns Hopkins. Delshan has worked in the private sector, the music industry and has even written her own book. She talks about her process of resetting every few years and how she manages entrepreneurship.

We sat down with Armani Simmons. Morehouse Grad, contract engineer and founder of Suhloo. Suhloo is an innovative platform dedicated to providing immediate solutions for everyday needs while fostering community collaboration. As a seasoned professional, Armani has experience in builiding communities, sales and web/app development. Now he's building his own company, started in Baltimore, to build on his legacy.

Meet Brandon Head, Video production by day and video production by night. Brandon, Baltimore-based, was splitting his time between working at the Roland Martin show and running multiple ventures. We discussed how he got his start in the industry, commuting from Baltimore to DC to work for Roland Martin and what he needs to take the next step on his entrepreneurial path. Brandon runs a video production company that specializes in creating stunning brand visuals for Businesses and Non-Profits. He also created a an interview series called BMore Human that showcases residents of Baltimore.

Jamerson is a longtime friend of the Club. He was one of our first podcast guests and was the opening speaker at our first showcase in Boston. Jamerson works in IT and manages an international team. He DJ's in his free time.

Since we last spoke five years ago, Jamerson's strategy has shifted. He has continued to progress in his career and still DJ's, but he's more selective of his gigs.

We had the privilege of interviewing Paula White-Jennings, Creative Director and CEO of The Method Creative Consultant. We'll talk about Paula's journey, from UMASS to the Advertising industry.

How she struggled with being a #workaholic early in her career and how she viewed work-life balance. Paula Pivoted in her career and now focuses in the creative and branding space. Paula talks about why she started her business and how she organizes her time between fun, entrepreneurship and work.
