    Jim Lopresti is a new teammate, friend and a professional therapist. He talks to us about his own struggles with anxiety and mental health and gives his perspective on why BJJ is an effective mental health tool. Jim is all smiles on and off the mats and shares his positive and hopeful perspective with the Post Trauma boys. We could have talked with Jim for hours, expect to see him again soon!     Dave is a retired Navy vet of 25 years, a firefighter and an active member of the veterans community in Pittsburgh. He shares his story of service both in and out of the military. He shares powerful perspectives about how community engagement and storytelling play an important role in the healing process for veterans returning from war. Dave is also the president of the Warriors Hockey program, a national organization serving veterans and creating community through the sport of Hockey. JP shares his story of serving in the military, experiences in Afghanistan, challenges coming home and his path toward healing. We talk about his experiences with Jiu Jitsu, a veterans hockey program and his work serving the veteran community. JP brings a powerful perspective and infectious positivity.
