🌙 Gentle Evening Journal Format

1. Today I’m grateful for…

  • List 1–3 simple things (small moments count)

2. A moment that made me smile / feel present today:

3. What felt heavy or hard today?

4. What do I want to let go of tonight?

5. What do I need to hear or remember right now?

  • Talk to yourself like a best friend or loving parent.
  • 💭 Brain dump: Anything cluttering your mind — just pour it out

  • 💤 Sleep intention or mantra:“I choose peace over perfection.”“My body and mind are ready to rest.”


  • Journal Prompts:

    • What thoughts are taking up the most space in my mind right now?
    • What am I trying to control that I could let go of?
    • What would I tell my best friend or my child if they felt like I do right now
    • Where in my body am I holding tension?
    • What old story or belief should I rewrite?
    • What emotion keeps coming up lately — and what is it asking me to notice?
    • Who am I becoming — and what does she need from me?
    • What would “future me” thank me for doing today?
    • What drained me today — and what filled me up?
