  • You Are Exactly Where You Need To Be
    2025/02/24

This episode is a reminder to myself, and possibly a reminder to you. I often compare my life to other people's and what I see of other people's lives on social media. It's very easy to feel overwhelmed or like we are behind in life. We might also have expectations placed on us by society or our environment.

It might not feel like we are in the right place, but in this episode, I hope to explain why you are exactly where you need to be.

Join me every week as I share how I am training myself to navigate life. I share the lessons I have learned, the challenges I am currently facing and the questions I have for my future self.

    But the biggest reveal?

I reveal that I am attempting my most ambitious fitness challenge ever!

I dive into why I feel drawn to this challenge, questioning my own reasons and exploring what it's really for. Am I doing this for the right reasons? What do I hope to gain? And what happens if I fail? This is a raw and honest reflection on ambition, self-doubt, and the pursuit of embracing discomfort.
