God was wise in creation: Proverbs 3:19 states, “By wisdom the Lord laid the earth’s foundations, by understanding He set the heavens in place.” Isaiah 28:29 states, “All this also comes from the Lord Almighty, whose plan is wonderful, whose wisdom is magnificent.”
