Khadija Head currently serves as the Associate Head Women's Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Kennesaw State University.

She has coached in NCAA Division I tournaments, won conference championships, presented during the Final Four, published articles in Women’s Fast Break magazine, attended the NCAA/BCA A.C.E. program, signed numerous Top 25 recruiting classes and coached AP All-Americans.
