As Realtors, marketing is truly our number one job. First, we have to market ourselves to get and maintain business and a steady stream of referrals, then we need to market homes we list when we get them! Having an understanding of things that are continually evolving and staying on top of those changes is also what we need to do, and just like our contracts change frequently, our marketing strategy has to as well.
