Episode #241 Dr. Aseem Desai, Natural Approaches for AFIB

This week I interviewed Dr. Aseem Desai who is a holistic cardiologist and heart surgeon.

It is estimated that 2.7 to 6.1 Million people in the United States have Atrial Fibrillation (AFIB) and that number is growing rapidly and is on track to double in 25 years.

Dr. Desai’s unique approach was a breath of fresh air and it gives people with AFIB many other tools they can use in their toolbox to get healthy.

Even though Dr Desai does surgery he always uses that as a last resort and always teaches his patients about the other natural ways they can heal themselves.

Episode #238 Dr. Ali Navidi, Healing Pain And GI Disorders With Hypnotherapy

This week I interviewed Dr. Ali Navidi is a clinically trained gastrointestinal psychology also known as Psycho Neurogastroenterology.

Bottom line is that Dr. Navidi has helped hundreds of patients to recover from pain and GI disorders where other practicioners have failed.

Many patients that have worked with good health practioners that got a lot of progress but couldnt quite heal also experienced great results adding Psycho Neurogastroenterology to their lifestyle.

I am going to get some sessions myself and have him back on again at a later date to discuss my results.

I hope this episode brings a new option to those who have suffered with pain and gut issues like I used to.

Episode #237 Owen Segerstrom, Connecting With Healthy Farms For Optimal Health

This week I interviewed Owen Segerstrom the owner of Nourish Food Hub in Northern California.

Owen and his wife Hanna were very active working with a non-profit organization creating a place to bring together healthy chemical free farms with local people who desired to consume the highest quality food possible.

When the board of directors decided to push a farm's products that had genetically modified organisms Owen and Hanna sent an email to all the members just telling the truth and later that afternoon they were fired for doing what is morally right.

A few months later they started their own business doing the same thing but without having to compromise their integrity like the non profit.

These people should be awarded a medal of honor for holding true to their values to connect people to nature so they can heal and I think you're going to love their story as you learn how to get fresh food for yourself and your family.
