For the month of August (sorry we are late) we read The Gunslinger by Stephen King and have a discussion on our thoughts

The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger is a dark-fantasy novel by American author Stephen King. It is the first volume in his Dark Tower series. The Gunslinger was first published in 1982 as a fix-up novel, joining five short stories that had been published between 1978 and 1981. King substantially revised the novel in 2003; this version has remained in print ever since, with the subtitle "RESUMPTION". The story centers Roland Deschain, the last gunslinger, who has been chasing his adversary, "the man in black," for many years. The novel fuses Western fiction with fantasy, science fiction, and horror, following Roland's trek through a vast desert and beyond in search of the man in black. Roland meets several people along his journey, including a boy named Jake, who travels with him part of the way.

For the month of July we read The Troop by Nick Cutter and have a discussion on our thoughts

The Troop is a 2014 horror novel written by Canadian author Craig Davidson under the pen name Nick Cutter. The novel was released in English in hardback, e-book, and audiobook on February 25, 2014, through Gallery Books. The following year, it won the inaugural James Herbert Award for Horror Writing.

The novel follows a troop of Boy Scouts who must deal with not only the threats posed by killer tapeworms, but also the homicidal and sociopathic tendencies of one of their own.

For the month of June we read Behold the Monster: Confronting America's Most Prolific Serial Killer by Jillian Lauren and have a discussion on our thoughts Short stories of one of the most notorious Serial Killers."Sam Little is the monster in this story and Jillian Lauren is the slayer. For the month of May we read The Dark Verse, Vol. 1 From the Passages of Revenants and have a discussion on our thoughts Short stories of occult, metaphysical, and fantastical horror that will follow you to the visions of your sleep. The Dark Verse is a multiverse of Lovecraftian terror written and self-published by M. Amanuensis Sharkchild, and is currently contained within four hardcover volumes—each in possession of 26 stories.

The books are praised for their illustrious hardcover binding and artwork and have won five awards. The style and atmosphere of his writing is often compared to the works of H.P. Lovecraft.

For the month of February we read Little Girls (A Ghost Story) by Ronald Malfi and have a discussion on our thoughts on the Bram Stoker Award nominee's book. After years away, Laurie returns to the home where she was raised by a cold, distant father who recently exorcised his demons. But no amount of cleaning can wipe away the troubled past. She feels it lurking in the broken moldings, sees it staring from an empty picture frame, hears it laughing in the moldy greenhouse deep in the woods...

For the month of February we read Tomie by Junji Ito and have a discussion on our thoughts on the series by the great mangaka. Tomie (Japanese: 富江) is a Japanese horrormanga series written and illustrated by Junji Ito. Tomie was Ito's first published work he originally submitted to Monthly Halloween, a shōjo magazine in 1987, which led to him winning the Kazuo Umezu award

On our third episode we talk about the ever famous novella written by Stephen King, here the Captain (Julian), First Mate (George), Quartermaster (Gracie), & Bo's'n (Jim). We delve into the odd world of the Cycle of the Werewolf and have a discussion on our thoughts on the Cycle of the Werewolf. Cycle of the Werewolf is a horror novella by American writer Stephen King, featuring illustrations by comic-book artist Bernie Wrightson. Each chapter is a short story unto itself. It tells the story of a werewolf haunting a small town as the moon turns full once every month.
