While we focus on HABITS, sacraments are often an overlooked tradition in building up the body of Christ. Obedience to commands can potentially have us going through the motions. Baptism and Communion are two sacraments we must find joy in. Think of a tradition you enjoy. You can't wait to partake in it. This is the mindset we must have.

In Galatians, his plea is that we put others first and come alongside them. Each habit that we build helps us to strengthen the other parts of the church body.
