    Join Katie and Liz on yet another installment of their mini-episode case profile series! Today, the girls tell of two unsolved cases. First, Katie talks about the incomprehensible and heartbreaking murder of 17-year-old Jalajhia Finklea, who was killed by a man she knew in October of 2020. Her body was taken hundreds of miles away before it was discovered. Then, Liz talks about the confusing story of the murder of Lyndell Moore, who was shot and killed while driving his car in New Haven, Connecticut in April of 2015. Detectives are asking anyone with information about the shooting to please contact them at 203-946-6304. The calls may be made anonymously.

Robert Breton had an extremely unforgiving childhood, with a mentally ill mother and an alcoholic father, who one day, snapped at his son and found that to be the cause of his demise. After Robert was found guilty of manslaughter but served no time, Robert met his wife, having one son with her before their long marriage ended in divorce due to his behavior and instability. Depressed, drinking, and on pills, Robert took matters into his own hands the best way he knew how- murder.   • Episode 191: The Murders of Half and Susanne Zantop

    On this week’s episode of True Crime New England, Katie and Liz take you to Etna, New Hampshire where they review the case of a truly pointless and brutal crime. In January of 2001, Half and Susanne Zantop, two kind and brilliant professors at Dartmouth College, were stabbed to death in their home after letting in two teenage boys who claimed to be doing a survey. After discovering several items of physical evidence, the police were able to apprehend two teenagers, James Parker and Robert Tulloch, who were the perpetrators of the crime, and sloppy in their clean-up. Tune in to hear the details of their capture and their devastatingly illegitimate motive for such a horrendous crime.
