We’re joined by Kevin Harris, Managing Artistic Director of SLO Rep, to discuss their latest production, Misery, based on the novel by Stephen King, as well as everything else SLO-Rep. Running from October 11th to 27th, Misery promises to deliver a spine-chilling experience that’s perfect for the Halloween season.

    We also dive into the theatre’s transformation from a community-driven group to a professional regional theatre, and how SLO Rep is planning to expand its presence with a new downtown location. They’re gearing up for their annual Coffee for a Cure event, happening this Friday, October 18th, where 100% of the proceeds will go to the Hearst Cancer Resource Center at French Hospital. You’ll hear the lively coffee shop atmosphere as we discuss how your daily caffeine fix can help support local breast cancer patients.

    Later in the show, we catch up with Jeff Faber from Opolo Winery, which is celebrating 25 years of winemaking in Paso Robles. We talk about their evolution over the years, what it’s like to hit such a major milestone, and the unforgettable harvest party they’re hosting this weekend.
