One of the things I am known for is in regards to my creation of a unique form of affirmations called, "Towardations." Since I created the idea some fifteen years ago and wrote a book on them, I have been sharing them with folks around the world. In today's episode, I want to tell you a little story about why I created them in the first place and why I think they are really good for folks to use.
