  • Tell the Story Again
    2025/07/14

In this deeply convicting episode of Winning the Lost at Any Cost, Dr. Aleandra Pinder reminds us why the Gospel must be told not once, not twice, but again and again, from generation to generation. Titled “Tell the Story Again,” this episode explores the danger of silence in the Body of Christ and what happens when a generation no longer knows the God who delivered their mothers, fathers, and grandparents.

Dr. Pinder opens with the sobering truth from Exodus 1:8, “Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph.” She asks: How could they forget Joseph? How could a nation forget the man God used to save them from famine? And more importantly: How could we forget God in our own homes, churches, and nations today?

With passion, transparency, and urgency, she speaks to today’s generation, where families no longer pray together, where church has become a weekend option, and where some nations treat Jesus like just another religion. In many places, people are no longer free to worship Christ without persecution. The consequences of forgetting God are real: broken families, identity confusion, violence, and spiritual blindness.

    But there is hope.

Dr. Pinder shares practical ways to keep the presence of God alive in our daily lives, backed by powerful scriptures like Deuteronomy 6:6–7, Psalm 103:2, and Romans 12:1. This episode calls parents to teach their children how to hear God’s voice. It calls believers to share testimonies boldly. And it calls everyone to remember, because forgetting isn’t just dangerous, it’s destructive.

She closes with a heartfelt altar call and a prayer of remembrance, urging listeners to return to their first love and choose Jesus, not just in word, but in lifestyle.

If you’ve ever felt like the fire in your walk with God has grown cold, or if you know someone who needs to hear the Gospel plainly and powerfully, this episode is for you.

It’s time to tell the story again.

Tune in now, and let your heart be stirred to remember, to repent, and to rise.

  • Why I’m Here – The Call to Win Souls July 14th, 2025
    2025/07/14

Welcome to Winning the Lost at Any Cost a raw, Spirit-filled, soul-focused podcast where eternity is the goal, and Jesus is the only way. I’m your host, Dr. Aleandra Pinder, and this isn’t just another Christian podcast; this is a rescue mission.

I grew up in church. My parents were pastors. I knew the routine. I could speak church fluently, but I didn’t know God intimately. I lived life on my terms drinking, clubbing, casually dating, going through the motions without real direction. I knew of God, but I didn’t walk with Him. Until one day in 2009, while listening to R&B in my living room, God spoke to me audibly and introduced Himself. I wasn’t in a church service but in the middle of my mess.

Even then, it took me two more years to fully surrender. I had questions, fears, and insecurities. What would I have to give up? Would anyone want the “new me”? Could I even be saved? But God waited. He loved me through the confusion. And in 2011, I gave Him my yes, and I’ve been on fire ever since.

For over a decade, I served as an international college recruiter. I helped hundreds of students get into schools, earn scholarships, and start a new journey. But no matter how successful I was, something was missing. There was a deeper calling I could no longer ignore. One day, God said, “Ale, the way you recruited for education, now I want you to recruit for My Kingdom.” And that’s how this podcast was born.

Each week on Winning the Lost at Any Cost, I’ll share personal stories, biblical truth, spiritual insight, and real talk that reaches the drug dealer, the doubter, the backslider, the good person who thinks they don’t need saving — and even the church kid who never really knew Jesus for themselves. This show is for those stuck between “I’m not ready” and “What if I die tonight?” It’s for the one who’s been hurt, overlooked, unsure, and searching for something real.

We’ll laugh, cry, pray, repent, and celebrate because this isn’t about performance. It’s about presence. You’ll hear altar calls, honest confessions, scripture, strategy, and fire. No fluff. No filters. Just Jesus.

Whether you’re saved and needing a recharge or lost and don’t even know where to start , this podcast is for you. I’m here to remind you that heaven is real, hell is real, and your soul matters.

You were born with purpose. You were born for more. And you were born to win and to help others win, too.

    So let’s do it.

    Let’s win the lost.

    At any cost.
