Welcome my friends to a special episode of Motivational Moments with Maria. Given that we are in the Olympic Games season I thought I would share some of my research on how Olympians train.
Have you ever wondered what goes into being an Olympic Athlete? What goes through their minds? How do they train?
Olympic athletes share some excellent lessons to learn and I am always in awe of the magnificent athletes and how they prepare for these events. I mean these are world class top performers in all aspects of their sport. It’s just like you are in your profession, right? What would happen to your ambitions and dreams if you performed and trained like an Olympian?
I decided to do some research on how top Olympians think and act and how we can use this in our professions.
