    I enjoyed the first one and had high expectations for this sequel. Fortunately, I was pleased with the outcome. I believe they did an excellent job of maintaining the original's quality. However, I feel that they exaggerated Sharon Stone's character a bit. They could have toned it down a little with her portrayal. It seemed reminiscent of a villain from an Expendables film—too exaggerated just for the sake of being exaggerated. It simply wasn't convincing. The sheriff's demeanor in the film was much more appropriately toned. They could have portrayed her similarly, but with a willingness to engage in more brutal actions.
