hey everyone! it's been a while since i published an episode. i know i say this every podcast, but i definitely want to start getting into the routine of making episodes more, whether it be weekly or bi-monthly. autumn has been rather cozy, and i'm working hard to keep good habits. currently, its been going well for me, and i hope the days are going well for you too! enjoy a little life update of the past few months :)
