  • Hot Girl Summer… But Make It Trauma-Informed
    2025/06/30

June was hot, chaotic, and a little bit traumatic — so basically, just another chapter in the memoir. In this episode, I sweat through some heat intolerance stories (literally), spill the tea on being an I Will ambassador at the European Youth Event, and dig into why finding people who "get it" is pure gold.

I also get real about ADHD brain, university burnout, summer scaries, and what it means when "home" isn't exactly the safe haven it should be. Plus, I introduce my hot new strategy for surviving and (maybe?) thriving this summer. Think: less pressure, more compassion, and probably way too many iced coffees.

If you’ve ever felt like you need a break from your break, this one's for you.

  • ADHD- Beyond the Stereotypes
    2025/06/01

In this episode, I’m opening up about my personal journey with ADHD - the struggles, the breakthroughs, and the long road to understanding my neurodivergent brain.

I talk about what it’s really like to navigate life when you don’t fit the mould, and how getting a diagnosis helped me begin the process of unmasking and reclaiming who I am.

I’m also sharing something exciting (and a little terrifying!): my upcoming ADHD Dance Challenge, where I’ll be learning a new routine every day in June to raise awareness and funds for ADHD UK.

This episode is a mix of reflection, storytelling, and truth-telling. I talk about the power and pressure of labels, the importance of open conversations around mental health, and why we need to make space for the messy, brilliant, misunderstood reality of being neurodivergent.

Whether you’re ADHD, autistic, questioning, or simply curious - I hope this episode makes you feel seen.

  • Pineapple: A Safe Word for When My Nervous System Thinks You Hate Me
    2025/05/18

What if one word could stop a spiral, soothe a trauma response, or reassure your overthinking brain that you’re not being rejected? In this episode of No Longer Legally Detained, we unpack the power of safe words - not in therapy or kink, but in everyday relationships with neurodivergence and C-PTSD.

I share why I use “pineapple” as a verbal anchor when my nervous system goes into survival mode, and how it’s helped me stay grounded, connected, and emotionally regulated. If you’ve ever felt too sensitive, too much, or constantly on alert - this one’s for you.

We talk trauma-informed communication, emotional safety, and how something as simple as a shared word can rebuild trust and calm your body faster than logic ever could.

💬 “Pineapple” doesn’t mean stop. It means: You’re safe. I care. Nothing’s wrong.
