The Holy Quran literally meaning "the recitation"; also romanized as Qur'an or Koran, is the central religious text of Islam, which Muslims believe to be a revelation from Allah SWT (God). It is widely regarded as the finest work in classical Arabic literature. The Quran is divided into chapters (surah), which are then divided into verses (ayah).

The people of 'Ad lived many years in the windswept hills of an area between Yemen and Oman. They were physically well built and renowned for their craftsmanship, especially in the construction of tall buildings with lofty towers. They were outstanding among all the nations in power and wealth, which, unfortunately, made them arrogant and boastful. Surah al-Jinn (“The Jinn”) is the 72nd chapter of the Quran, with 28 verses. The name as well as the topic of this chapter is jinn. Similar to angels, the Jinn Race or Demon Race are spiritual beings invisible to the naked human eye. In the Quran, it is stated that humans are created from the earth and jinn (demon) from smokeless fire in more than one instance. Only human and jinn have free will.
