Sheep Detective

Something is not right with George the shepherd. His sheep have gathered around him outside the cozy Irish village of Glennkill to assess the situation. George has cared for the sheep, reading them books every night, and now he lies pinned to the ground with a spade. His flock, far savvier about the workings of the human mind than your average sheep, sets out to find George’s killer, led by Miss Maple, the smartest sheep in Glennkill (and possibly the world).

On a hillside near the quaint Irish village of Glennkill, the flock gathers around the dead body of their shepherd, George, who lies pinned to the ground with a spade. George cared deeply for the sheep, reading to them daily, and as a result they are far smarter than your average flock. Led by Miss Maple, the sharpest sheep in Glennkill (and possibly the world), they set out to find George’s killer. With an assortment of woolly investigators on the case, there are furtive missions into the village and a collection of two-legged suspects to chew over.

After solving their shepherd's murder, the flock, led by their new shepherdess Rebecca, embarks on a European journey, settling near a French château for the winter. Their new home, however, is shrouded in mystery. Sheep from a previous flock have vanished, deer are found dead under suspicious circumstances, and neighboring goats whisper about a werewolf lurking in the vicinity. Determined to protect themselves and uncover the truth, the sheep delve into this new enigma, navigating misunderstandings with humans and employing inventive strategies to confront the lurking danger.

With one solved mystery under their wooly belts, the time has come for the sheep of Glennkill to explore Europe. Together with their new shepherdess, Rebecca, they move into their winter quarters in the shadow of a French chateau. But their new home is far from idyllic. A number of the sheep from the previous flock have disappeared, and deer are dying an unnatural death in the forest. The goats from the neighboring pasture have a theory: a werewolf. Could that be real, or just a fantasy?
