  • Firewalk, The Reading Room & Addictions UK

    On this month’s programme, we’ll be finding out what happened on the Firewalk event that Cornwall Mind recently organised.


    Victoria will be chatting to Joshua about how he left 100 notes around the London Underground and Bus Network, which led to the movie “Hey You, Yes You, Open Me”.


    Samuel and Clare speak to Simon Stevens, Director of Casework, at Addictions UK.


    We’ll hear about the launch of ‘The Reading Room’ Café and Bookstore in Bodmin.

  • Barkrun 2025; Lili and Samuel from the Radio Wellbeing Group
