  • #101 Achieve More, Stress Less with Kat Waugh
    2025/02/10

This week on Becca Babbles Podcast I had the honor of interviewing Kat Waugh!!!

Kat Waugh is a systems strategist and Notion template creator who is passionate about helping entrepreneurs streamline their businesses so they can focus on what they do best. Part of the reason she’s obsessed with systems is that she’s a goal-getter, big-picture type of gal.

As an Enneagram 1, she thrives when everything is organized, and her main focus is to create systems that are built around start - to - finish workflows to make sure every detail is captured. When she’s not creating custom Notion templates, you can find her hanging out with her husband and pups, or watching her favorite comfort show The Office.

On Becca Babbles Podcast we discuss

    • The power of creating simple, automated systems to make achieving your goals easier and less stressful
    • How introspection can uncover your true goals and keep you aligned with what really matters
    • Why starting your day with gratitude can supercharge your mindset and productivity
    • Embracing the ebb and flow of life—some seasons are for big goals, and others are for rest, and that’s okay
    • ...and so much more!
