  • rewrite your life
    2024/07/24

In this "season finale" we're here talking about how to rewrite your life. It's a concept that's new to me and that I'm inspired to implement into my life, but I found it important to share for this time period of my life. Sometimes in our twenties we get sucked into a wormhole of who we should be and how we should act, when in reality we don't even know much of why we are the way we are to begin with. When rewriting your life, you take charge of your own narrative by reflecting on who you are, questioning your self narrative and building a new and honest narrative that inspires you. It's taking control of your life and how you view yourself, others and the world around you. I hope you guys are able to take this and implement it into your own lives if you wish. I love you all, enjoy.

Like I said, it's never to late to improve a "failing" relationship, if two people are willing to put in the work. I love you all, enjoy.

  • how to heal your anxiety
    2024/06/26

How do you heal your anxiety? This is a question I have asked myself, other people, my therapists and google, thousands of times. Throughout my whole life, I've struggled with my relationship with anxiety and have always felt negatively about the part of me that was always fearful. Today, I talk about what I've learned in terms of our relationship with anxiety, and how adjusting our outlook on it can positively impact how often we deal with anxiety and the intensity of it within our lives. So so many of us suffer from a high degree of anxiety and run to outside sources to ease our pain, but sometimes it takes a new perspective and to look at anxiety in a different way, in order heal it within yourself. I love you all, enjoy.

  • self-sabotage vs. gut instinct
    2024/06/05

Today we talk about the key differences between self-sabotaging and having a gut instinct. Sometimes our fears and anxiety take control over our thoughts and we get these thoughts mixed up with our gut instinct and intuition. These fears and anxiety take the steering wheel of our lives and we end up negatively impacting our lives through our actions and decisions. We get into the secret formula on how to differentiate the two, anxiety and intuition, so can stop allowing our fears to navigate our lives. I love you all, enjoy.
