    It is a Marty Party here in the Mile High City. Martin Necas is beginning to shine as a potential future super star on the Avalanche roster. Mackenzie Blackwood continues to stone every opponent and give the Avs a chance to win every night. Things are looking better but there are still obstacles standing in the Avs way.

    As of today, Mikko Rantanen, The Moose, is no longer a member of the Colorado Avalanche. It hurts, we know. Was it a good decision? We'll try and walk through that conversation together. It isn't going to be easy going forward Avs Faithful, but let's not give up just yet. Let's hope the best for Mikko and for the newest additions to the Avs, Martin Necas and Jack Drury.
