As an ambassador and a champion of the 12 step recovery programme for people who choose to life a transformed life I am excited to share the thoughts from my guest today.

1. Admit Life’s Challenges, Recognise that life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and we can’t control everything on our own.
Honesty
2. Believe in Inner strength, acknowledge that there’s a source of strength— whether within ourselves, in others, or in the universe, that can guide us through life.
Hope
3. Commit to trusting the process, Choose to let go of constant control and trust in the flow of life and the wisdom of greater forces.
Surrender
4. Self-Reflection, take a deep, honest inventory of our thoughts, emotions, and actions, identifying what serves us and what doesn’t.
Courage
5. Open Up - Share our insights, mistakes, and challenges with someone we trust, fostering connection and accountability.
Integrity
6. Embrace Growth, be open to change and let go of attitudes, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve us.
Willingness
7. Act with Humility, acknowledge our limitations and ask for help or guidance when needed, whether from others or from within.
Humility
8. Make Amends, identify people we may have hurt and areas where we can improve relationships, and commit to making things right.
Love
9. Repair and rebuild, take meaningful actions to restore harmony in relationships, while respecting others’ boundaries and readiness to heal.
Responsibility
10. Stay Self-Aware, Regularly reflect on our actions and intentions, promptly addressing any mistakes or missteps.
Discipline
11. Seek Connection and purpose, cultivate mindfulness, prayer, or meditation to align with our values and discover deeper meaning in life.
Awareness
12. Pay it Forward, share what we’ve learned, offering encouragement and support to others, while living as an example of authenticity and growth.
