In this episode I try to go deeper into the idea of underrecovering, overtraining, and working hard. I feel like there is often an emotion response to these words, so the discussion never gets taken deeper. In this episode I talk about these things and try to bring a more thorough concept to them. I explain how I understand those words and how it works with myself and my clients.

This is episode I do a quick update on the moving and building process and then go on to talk about bombing out of competitions. Then I give thoughts on the ever-closing window for error as we improve and gain strength because I feel there is a tie in between these two thoughts.

In this episode I get the pleasure of sitting down and talking with Robert Bain. He has a 2400+ total and runs one of the best platforms in powerlifting competitions. This episode was sparked but a post he did on his social media and I was fortunate enough he was willing to come on so we could chat more about it. The main topic of this episode is training with a team as opposed to training alone. Of course, success has been had both ways but overall, which do we feel is best. As with most of my podcast the subject matter begins to expand out from the main topic so again, I had a great time with Bain and hoping to have him on again!
