With incredible vulnerability, Bella shares about her pre-teen and teen years when she became an alcoholic and substance abuser, was admitted to a psych hospital, went to wilderness therapy, a therapeutic boarding school, and residential therapy - which ultimately led her to the work she does today: as a Clinical Program Director for an outpatient addiction treatment facility.
