  • In this episode of Taboo 2 Talked About, I’m getting personal and sharing some of my recent experiences with illness. It’s been a challenging time, and it’s really made me rethink what it means to prioritize my health. I’ve had to confront my own limitations, and it’s been a humbling reminder of how crucial it is to put self-care at the top of my list.

I want to talk about how structure and routine have become my lifelines during this period. Having a consistent routine has helped me stay grounded, even when everything else feels uncertain. It’s something I think we all can benefit from, whether we’re dealing with health issues or just the everyday stresses of life.

But this isn’t just about me. I’ve also been reflecting on the importance of empathy and compassion for others who might be going through similar struggles. We’re all in this together, and by supporting one another, we can create a community that truly cares.

So, if you’re like me—trying to find that balance between taking care of yourself and managing everything else—I hope this episode resonates with you. Join me as I dive into the lessons I’ve learned about health, self-care, and the power of empathy. Because at the end of the day, health really is our most valuable priority.
