    In this episode I had the pleasure of welcoming back Amanda Shuman so we could talk about Dreamwork. Amanda shared her knowledge of different dream traditions from Freud to Jung to a Judeo-Christian perspective and how they all show different interpretations of the importance of dreams. She shares how the insight gained from dreams can help in the home with an understanding of events and relationships. She even walked me through a brief demonstration how remembering a single flash of a dream can be insightful and how to train our brains to become more in tune with our dreams.
