    We are joined by Darren Thornhill, (Head of Operations at The Baxter Group Limited) and our own mental health cheerleader Karren Arrowsmith, (Workplace Wellbeing and Training Lead at Lancashire Mind).

    The Orange Button is a suicide prevention training scheme that takes on the complex conversations around suicide, and supports those who take the training to recognise the deteriorating signs of mental health. It's available for individuals, community groups and organisations.
