His company, Filthy Foods, revolutionised the cocktail market by providing an alternative to chemically cured, poor quality, cocktail garnishes. He offers naturally cured, lip-smackingly good, olives and cherries along with mixes for cocktails like Martinis, Bloody Marys and Margaritas which are served in the best bars, restaurants and hotels in the world.
