  • Daniel Singer: Why Dyslexic Thinking = Competitive Advantage in the world of business.
    2025/05/20

There are 700 varieties of olives on the planet. And Daniel Singer has tried 230 of them, in his search for the perfect cocktail olive. His company, Filthy Foods, revolutionised the cocktail market by providing an alternative to chemically cured, poor quality, cocktail garnishes. He offers naturally cured, lip-smackingly good, olives and cherries along with mixes for cocktails like Martinis, Bloody Marys and Margaritas which are served in the best bars, restaurants and hotels in the world. He tells Kate why empathy and curiosity (both Dyslexic Thinking skills) are a dyslexic’s secret superpower in the world of business and why Dyslexic Thinking gives an entrepreneur a competitive advantage.
