The pressure is on Tom Fitzgerald to once again make changes this offseason. The New Jersey Devils can't afford another mediocre campaign. Fitzgerald said during his exit interview that the team won't be running it back with the same unit next season. There are a few players set to become either UFAs or RFAs this offseason.
