After national media outlets picked up the grassroots campaign to make AL a reality, administrators at UL-Lafayette began their attempt to discredit and embarrass Mr. St. Ewart. Cory, a professional artist, director, writer, editor and current Columbia student (you can find some of his work here: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm14023012/) started his quest to work with the University to create a spirit leader for the youth of Acadiana over two years ago and has been ignored from the beginning.
