But after battling issues like weight gain, fatigue, brain fog and even squirrel syndrome for many years, I realized I was missing something important.     This wasn’t just another diet or health fad—it was simple, sustainable, and it transformed my relationship with my body and food. I didn’t need more to-do lists, books, cheat sheets, or complicated programs. I also discovered that our health is influenced by seasons—yearly seasons, life stages, and even monthly cycles, especially for us women. Now, as an aspiring Master Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition Coach, I’m passionate about helping other women find the same freedom in their health, using principles that align with God’s wisdom.
